Terms governing use of the website and online consultation service.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
By accessing rashmikahomeocare.com, requesting an appointment or using the online consultation service, you acknowledge these Terms of Use & Consultation.
Rashmika HomeoCare is the professional practice website of Dr Rashmi Kumar, MD (Hom), BHMS, a registered homoeopathic physician, Registration No. BHSD/5576, Delhi. Consultations are presently offered online by appointment through video or telephone.
Information on this website is provided for general awareness about the practitioner, practice and consultation process. Website content does not constitute individual medical advice, diagnosis, prescription or treatment. Reading information on the website does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. A professional relationship arises only when an individual consultation has been accepted and undertaken by Dr Kumar.
Health complaints differ between individuals. Information about conditions or areas commonly presented for consultation should not be interpreted as a representation that a particular person is suitable for homoeopathic treatment or that any particular outcome will occur. Suitability and management can only be considered after appropriate individual assessment.
No cure, improvement, time frame or particular clinical outcome is promised or guaranteed. Individual responses may vary. Any decision concerning treatment or follow-up depends on professional assessment of the individual case.
Online consultation has inherent limitations compared with an in-person physical examination. Depending on the complaint, Dr Kumar may advise in-person examination, investigation, specialist consultation or other medical assessment. A request for an online appointment does not create an obligation to provide treatment where online consultation is considered inappropriate or insufficient.
Patients or their parents/guardians should provide information that is, to the best of their knowledge, accurate and reasonably complete, including relevant symptoms, medical history, current medicines, allergies, previous diagnoses, investigations and other treatment being received. Material changes in symptoms or medical condition should be communicated during follow-up.
Do not stop, reduce or alter medication prescribed by another qualified healthcare practitioner solely on the basis of general website information. Questions about existing medication should be discussed with the appropriate treating practitioner.
Rashmika HomeoCare does not provide an emergency medical service. Do not use the website, WhatsApp, email or routine appointment system for a medical emergency. If you believe that you or another person requires urgent or emergency medical attention, seek immediate care from the nearest appropriate hospital or emergency medical service. Do not delay emergency treatment while waiting for a response from Rashmika HomeoCare.
For a patient below 18 years of age, the consultation should ordinarily be requested and conducted with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing relevant information and following advice regarding further assessment or referral.
Where clinically appropriate following consultation, a prescription may be provided. Further review or follow-up may be recommended. The patient should seek further medical assessment if symptoms materially worsen, new concerning symptoms develop, or urgent medical attention becomes necessary.
Consultations are provided by appointment and are subject to availability. Submitting a request by phone, WhatsApp or another booking channel does not itself confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after the date and time have been communicated and accepted.
The applicable consultation fee, payment method and any cancellation, refund or rescheduling conditions will be communicated before or when an appointment is confirmed. Payment of a consultation fee does not guarantee any particular medical outcome. Where a consultation has already been substantially provided, fees may not ordinarily be refundable except where otherwise agreed or required by law.
The patient is responsible for a suitable telephone, internet connection and compatible device for online consultation. Rashmika HomeoCare cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party telecommunications, internet, WhatsApp, video-call or other services. Where a consultation cannot reasonably proceed because of technical failure, suitable rescheduling may be arranged.
Personal and health-related information is handled in accordance with applicable professional obligations and the Privacy Policy. Electronic communications and third-party services can carry security and privacy risks.
Unless otherwise stated, original text, layout, branding and other original material on rashmikahomeocare.com are owned by or used with permission of Rashmika HomeoCare. Content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use but should not be reproduced, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.
Links to or use of third-party services are provided for convenience. Rashmika HomeoCare does not control independently operated third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices or terms.
These Terms may be updated as the consultation service, website or applicable requirements change. The version published on the website at the relevant time will be the current version.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in India. Any dispute or proceeding will be subject to the jurisdiction provided under applicable law, including competent courts or authorities in Delhi where applicable.
