Online consultations are available by appointment for adults and children across India, for new and follow-up cases.
Call or send a WhatsApp message with your name and a brief description of the concern. Available appointment times are shared.
Keep current medicines, previous diagnoses, recent reports and a brief symptom history available if relevant to the concern.
The consultation covers the presenting complaint, relevant history and other information needed for an individual assessment.
A first consultation usually involves more detailed case-taking than a routine follow-up. Dr Kumar may ask about the current complaint, when it began, relevant medical and family history, current medicines, allergies, investigations and other information relevant to assessment.
Please provide information accurately and avoid withholding prescribed medicines or significant diagnoses.
Follow-up is used to review changes in symptoms, new concerns, adherence to advice and whether any further assessment is required. The timing of follow-up depends on the individual case.
Where clinically appropriate after consultation, a prescription may be shared electronically. Medicine arrangements, where applicable, are communicated separately.
Remote consultation cannot replace every physical examination or investigation. If the complaint requires examination, urgent assessment, diagnostic testing or specialist review, Dr Kumar may advise appropriate in-person care.
Appointments are subject to availability. Sending a message does not itself confirm a time; the appointment is confirmed when the date and time are communicated and accepted.
