Frequently asked questions

Questions about consultations

Practical answers about appointments, online consultation, reports, existing medicines, privacy and emergencies.

What happens during an online consultation?
After an appointment is confirmed, the consultation is conducted by video or phone. Dr Kumar reviews the presenting complaint, relevant history, current medicines and investigations. Where appropriate, a prescription is shared after the consultation.
What should I keep ready?
Keep a list of current medicines, important previous diagnoses, recent relevant reports, known allergies and a short timeline of the current complaint. You do not need to send every old report unless it is relevant.
Can children be consulted online?
Selected non-emergency concerns in children may be discussed through online consultation. A parent or lawful guardian should ordinarily participate, and in-person paediatric assessment may be advised when appropriate.
Should I stop my existing medicines?
No. Do not stop, reduce or change prescribed medicines solely because you are arranging a homoeopathic consultation. Discuss medication changes with the appropriate treating practitioner.
Is it safe to share reports on WhatsApp?
Relevant information may be shared when needed for consultation, but avoid sending unnecessary sensitive medical data. WhatsApp is a third-party service and is subject to its own privacy practices.
Will I get a prescription?
Where clinically appropriate after an individual consultation, a prescription may be shared electronically. A website enquiry by itself is not a prescription.
How do follow-ups work?
Follow-ups are normally conducted by video or phone and review changes in symptoms, new information and whether further assessment is required. The timing depends on the individual case.
What if online consultation is not enough for my concern?
Online consultation has limitations. Dr Kumar may advise an in-person examination, diagnostic investigation, specialist consultation or other appropriate medical assessment.
Is this an emergency service?
No. Rashmika HomeoCare is not an emergency service. For severe, rapidly worsening or potentially life-threatening symptoms, seek immediate care from the nearest appropriate hospital or emergency medical service.
Do you guarantee results?
No. No cure, improvement, time frame or particular clinical outcome is promised or guaranteed. Individual circumstances and responses vary.
Which locations do you consult for?
Online consultations are offered across India by appointment, subject to the suitability of remote consultation for the individual concern.
How do I book?
Call +91-88493 89098 or use the WhatsApp appointment link. Sending a request does not itself confirm an appointment; the date and time are confirmed separately.
What are the fees?
The applicable consultation fee and payment method are communicated when arranging the appointment. Any cancellation or rescheduling conditions are also communicated as applicable.
How is my health information handled?
Health information is used for legitimate consultation, professional, administrative and legal purposes. Please see the Privacy Policy for more detail.
